Our aim is to enhance the quality of Iron ore, so that it will be economically viable as well as we are involved in selling of the same. The firm is involved in beneficiation of low-grade material, so that after beneficiation the quality of material enriched as per market expectations. We are also doing crushing and screening of ROM material. As per environment prospective and Indian Bureau of Mines guidelines we are regularly doing plantation in barren land as well as mined out area and over burden dumps. We are maintaining green lush gardens for the betterment of our employees and nearby area. We are providing drinking water facility to nearby villages, we have made different types of temples for social use, we are maintaining peripheral roads for nearby mines society, we are giving regular funding for furniture & construction/repairing of nearby schools, we have given employment to nearby local peoples and medical facility along with ambulance round the clock. We have Approx 600 employees in Anand Mining Corporation and majority of our employees are from local area. We are maintaining group vocational training center for the training of employees, In GVTC(Group Vocational Training) we are giving training to different types of workers as per their trades for safety in mines as well as we are giving training to villagers also. We are regularly helping villages for maintaining hygiene and sanitation. Iron Ore Mines in Sihora , tehsil of Jabalpur district; these mines are running successfully working from more than 40 years.
